 "The Persian Carpet Gallery"
was established in
1999 in Alfaz del Pi, Alicante, Spain. Proud of our Persian heritage
and being born and raised in a culture where carpets play
an important roll functionally, decoratively and also as valuable assets, it was only fitting to embark
on creating an environment to exhibit and
introduce Persian rugs to those who have never been close to such hand
crafts as well as making them available to the ones who
have already acquired admiration for these incredible artifacts which
Persian artisan ingenuity over thousands of years has managed to develop
and refine to such perfection.
As direct importer of Persian
rugs, our intention has always been to present a good choice of quality
pieces with fair prices. All of our carpets are individually selected by our procurers,
whom travel deep in to various localities and provinces in Iran to encounter and purchase the best possible
old and new pieces.
Each one of our rugs carry a unique identification certificate
issued by the Iranian Chamber of Commerce prior to being
exported to our gallery in Spain.
As a family who can trace it's
ancestry back two centuries as
carpet brokers in Esfahan bazaar, we will be highly rewarded in bringing
the fruits of our know-how, by presenting a varied and tasteful
selection of Persian rugs to
those who wish to acquire and cherish these enchanting
beauties.
